The Sonics are set to kickoff the 2022 season and we hope you’re excited to join us! Our first practice will be held Saturday, February 26, 2022 at Killough Middle School at 12:00 PM. The address is 7600 Synott Rd., Houston, TX. This will be a general conditioning session for the athletes and an opportunity to get to know the coaches and learn more about what to expect throughout the season. The practice should last roughly 1-1/2 hours.
What to bring:
– Running shoes
– Clothing that’s comfortable to run in and weather appropriate
– Water (proper hydration is essential)
– Positive attitude (they’ll put in work, but we want to keep it fun too!)
– Friends! It’s always more fun with friends so feel free to share this with others who may be interested.
