Head coaches Kenneth and Camille Jackson have announced that all regularly scheduled team practices have been canceled for this week of July 4th. They feel this break will help many of those who have been dealing with nagging injuries to recuperate as they prepare for the upcoming Junior Olympics.
However, any of the athletes who have been working with Coach Davina in the throw events are asked to continue working with her on Monday through Wednesday of this week. She has accepted a graduate assistant position at the University of Oklahoma so this will be her final week with the Sonics. We wish her all the best!
